DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS REDESIGN AND TEMPLATISATION

When joining the team of the Brand & Digital team, I have immersed in observation on how teams cooperate.

After identifying week points in digital campaigns creation processes following actions were initiated:

  • review of digital campaign creation processes
  • introduction of an exact responsibility map for each specialist in the process (design, front-end development, automation)
  • creation of set of new and complex creative and coded templates.
  • UX and UI training were requested from the sister team to make everyone aware of the best practices possible to be used.
